Payment & Delivery 

Payment of your order

To make it as easy as possible we accept payments online which will be processed by Paypal. You do not need an account with PayPal to make a payment. Your credit card details are only processed by PayPal and we do not see or store this information.  You may also pay by bank transfer or cheque but your order will not be despatched until we have received the funds. If you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque please either email us or telephone.

Delivery

We will despatch all orders from our warehouse the next working day. If your order is before midday of a working day, we may be able to despatch the same day but cannot guarantee it. A few of our items are despatched direct from our suppliers and where this is the case an estimate of the delivery times are given on the product page.

Our orders are sent by either first class royal mail or for larger items by 48 hour courier.

We have three delivery zones:

• Mainland UK (exc Highlands & Islands)

  By this we mean those parts of England, Scotland and Wales that can be got to without crossing water. We also exclude the Highlands from delivery zones as our couriers have a surcharge for this region. For this region we have a flat rate delivery charge of £2.95 for orders under £30 and free for orders over this. Delivery is usually within 3 working days.

• Highlands & Islands

  By this we mean the northern part of Scotland, Northern Island, Isle of Wight and all the islands in the United Kingdom. The delivery fee to this zone is £6.00. We have to increase the delivery charge to these zones as our couriers have a surcharge for this region. If you are ordering something small and light that can be despatched by Royal Mail please select Mainland UK. Delivery is usually within 3-4 working days.

• Europe

  Be will also deliver to the countries in the dropdown box on our checkout page in Western Europe. The delivery fee to this zone is £10.00. Delivery is usually within 5-6 working days.
